Innovative Bases For Play & Display
ReSaurus is breaking new ground with the introduction of a completely revolutionary concept in action figure stands and display accessories. Let us show you how to accentuate your ReSaurus action figure displays by adding a new dimension to the overall presentation. It's fast! It's easy! It's creative! It's innovative! They are GrandStands! And best of all, we'll help you rmake these yourself for little or no cost!
Beginning in 1999, we will be offering exclusive files available for download from our web site. These files are the key to creating exciting, vibrant stands and dioramic environments for your ReSaurus action figures. For our first line of GrandStands, we have developed a nearly universal technique that allows you to create a durable yet sleek display base for your action figures. The key to the system is the use of CD jewel cases, the covers that come with nearly every computer and audio compact disc you buy! Brand new, empty CD jewel cases can be purchased at many record and software stores. They are usually very inexpensive and are the only item you really need to purchase to make GrandStands work for you. You can even use one of your old CD cases by just removing the existing material from the case.
How does this all work you ask? It's simple. We supply the backgrounds, textures, and environments for use with each Grandstand. You download these files (as an Adobe Acrobat file), print them on a color printer, cut them to size and insert them into an inverted CD jewel case. We'll show you exactly how each step is done and give you tips for making the most of your GrandStands action figure display environments.
The illustrations on the bases and walls can range from themed display bases that tie into the specific property the action figures are culled from (such as our Virus bases from the Universal Studios motion picture starring Jamie Lee Curtis). Each stand is its own environment suitable for display alone or in groups.
Other bases can be thematically linked so that figures can be displayed in as a whole for an even cooler effect! Take our GrandStand set for the Bone action figures. The three GrandStand set features an illustration of the Red Dragon from the popular Bone comic by Jeff Smith (published by Cartoon Books). When put together, all three figures complete the scene for a dramatic and tantalizing display!

We can even produce video game type scenes for our video game action figures. Imagine Duke Nukem or Crash Bandicoot on displays that look like they jumped right out of the video game!
We will continuously work to develop GrandStands for our action figure lines. Some lines may eventually have several GrandStand sets to choose from. Some may be environmental for that real diorama feel and others can be more abstract to make your display the coolest it can be.

The base for each stand is designed to be used with an individual figure from each of the ReSaurus action figure lines. Along the front edge of the base is the name of each figure (printed where you might normally see the title of your favorite musical CD).
And it's all free to you just for visiting our web site. There are no strings attached. This is just a way for us to thank our loyal consumers by giving them a cool add-on for their ReSaurus action figures.
We have big plans for GrandStands in 1999. We are planning deluxe GrandStands for both the Speed Racer and Badlands lines. These massive dioramic environments will be a sight to behold. Just wait until you see how we do it! And you'll be able to do it too!
GrandStands are our way of saying thanks to our fans and collectors. Here's to another great year of ReSaurus toys!
