The ReSaurus web site attempts to comply with all the Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU) guidelines for Internet advertising. We want this web site to be an exciting experience for users of all ages. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's on-line adventures. We believe that parental involvement is the most important factor in helping to prevent any problems before they arise. ReSaurus is well aware of the on-line privacy concerns of all our users. We do collect data on some aspects of the web site such as what pages are being viewed, how long a user spends in a particular section and what type of software they may use to access the ReSaurus web site. All data currently collected is in an aggregate form and personally identifiable information is not collected. We do not collect personal or identifying information from you without your knowledge or permission.

From time to time, ReSaurus may ask users for their opinions regarding the ReSaurus web site and/or ReSaurus products. All respondents will be asked for their age before completing any survey or questionnaire. In addition, there may be times where an e-mail address or postal address is necessary for participation in a promotion or to purchase products from our on-line store. Users under 18 years of age will need to get parental permission before participating in such activities.

Furthermore, ReSaurus will, from time to time, send e-mail to registered users who request information. These e-mails may range from notices of web site updates to notices of new product availability. Registration for this type of e-mail list is voluntary and requires the user's permission. No unsolicited e-mail will be sent from ReSaurus. If you wish to discontinue receipt of this type of e-mail at any time, simply drop us a line and we will remove you from the list.

Occasionally, the ReSaurus web site will employ "cookies" to enhance your on-line experience. A "cookie" is a small file transferred to your computer to exchange information with the ReSaurus web site. Our cookies do not collect any personal information from your computer that you do not authorize. Cookies can be used to tell the ReSaurus web site that you have visited before and save such things as a nickname or a password for special promotions.

One exception to our data collection policy involves the ReSaurus on-line forums. To better monitor and moderate these on-line forums, ReSaurus is able to track user identities when they post material in the public forums. ReSaurus will only use this information to prevent abuse of the forums.

ReSaurus does not sell any information to third parties. All information collected will be used only for internal marketing research and improvement of the ReSaurus web site and products.
