GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: I have a great idea for you guys! Where do I send it?
A: We really appreciate your enthusiasm and interest in ReSaurus products. However, we can't accept unsolicited ideas, concepts or other creative suggestions. It's not that we don't appreciate the input. It's just that we can't be responsible for ideas submitted that are similar to those concepts we already have in development. It might interest you to know that many of the fan suggestions we do get are exactly the types of things we are looking into for the future. The entire staff at ReSaurus are kids at heart just like many of the collectors we seek to serve. So it shouldn't surprise you to know that many of the things you'd like to see us do are things we'd like to do too! The only exception to this policy is if we ask for your opinion on things such as a survey. Of course, even there, any information you submit becomes the property of ReSaurus. If you would like to read more about this issue, please consult our Terms of Usage document.

Q: I want to work for you! How do I go about it?
A: We have a special e-mail for employment inquiries. Please send all inquiries to employment@resaurus.com. Resumes can be attached or included in e-mail if appropriate. Please do not send design samples or other portfolio materials via e-mail unless requested.

If you would rather proceed via regular mail, please send resumes to:

ReSaurus Company, Inc.
ATTN: Employment
240 Outerbelt St.
Columbus, OH 43213

Please be advised that we may not have any positions available at any given time. We hope to use our web site as one platform to advertise positions available in the future. We strongly suggest that you contact us first before submitting any additional materials. General questions not covered above can be directed to webmaster@resaurus.com.

Q: I am a big fan of one of your upcoming products! When will it be released?
A: We have made it quick and easy for you to get the latest information on the release of upcoming ReSaurus products. You can use our automated e-mail system to get the latest copy of our release schedule. It's easy! Just send a blank e-mail to release@resaurus.com. Within a few minutes, you should receive an automatic reply with our latest release schedule. We try very hard to keep our schedule up to date. However, please be aware that things can change rapidly and the latest information may not be available at any given time. We cannot be responsible for any errors contained on this release list. If you have any additional questions, concerns or corrections, please contact our web staff.

Q: I really want to buy your products. Where can I find them?
A: Again, we want you to be able to get the information you need quickly and easily. Therefore, we have an automated e-mail system that allows you to get a listing of all the retailers that carry each product line from ReSaurus. To use the system, simply send a blank e-mail to stores@resaurus.com. If you don't have access to any of the retailers listed, you can always use our web store found at: /legacy/webstore. Using our on-line store is a safe and easy way to find nearly all the products that ReSaurus makes. Look for special offers and discounts from time to time as well!

Q: I bought one of you products and it broke? How do I get a replacement?
A: We are very sorry that you had any trouble at all with any of our products. Each item we produce undergoes rigorous testing before it becomes available to the consumer. However, as with all toys, a certain number may slip by that are defective in some way. We continually strive to improve our quality and gladly accept any input you might have on improving the quality of our products. Please bear in mind that any suggestions become the sole property of ReSaurus Company, Inc.

If you ever do have a problem with one of our products, please follow these steps to obtain a replacement.

If you purchased the item at a local retailer, please return the item to that retailer for a replacement (this may require a receipt or other proof of purchase). We work with all our retailers to ensure that the highest quality of service is delivered. Please let us know if you have any problems with this process.

If you purchased the item via our Web Store, please contact returns@resaurus.com. In your correspondence, be sure to include your order number and shipping information as it appeared on the package you received.

DUKE NUKEM

Q: My Battlelord figure came with three rubber hoses. I see how two of them fit into the armor, but what about the third?
A: The third hose is simply a spare part in case you lose one.

Q: On the package of my Duke Nukem figure, it says that he comes with a Freezethrower weapon. But when I opened it, there was no Freezethrower in it. What gives?
A: The Freezethrower weapon was originally an Internet exclusive. Demand for the item was very high and it was decided to make it a premium piece, not included with every figure. Only a few Dukes in each case came with the Freezethrower weapon.

Q: I have heard of a SWAT Duke Nukem figure but I have never seen one in the stores. How do I get this figure?
A: SWAT Duke was a Previews exclusive figure. Try contacting your local comics retailer for ordering information. You can also check out the Previews site at http://www.diamondcomics.com.

Q: I recently bought some Duke Nukem figures that said "Series 2" on the package. What was in "Series 1" and when was it available?
A: The first series of Duke Nukem only contained the Duke figure himself. Later, this very same figure was released with all the enemies in the second series. The Duke figures in both series are identical. Only the packaging changed. First series cards have a different cardback and "Series 1" on the cardfront.

BONE

Q: I've seen pictures of Thorn in several magazines. However, she isn't listed as one of the figures I can order right now. What gives?
A: Thorn was slightly delayed due to some intricate manufacturing details. We wanted to improve the sculpt so the figure will be the best possible. She will be available in the near future. Stay tuned to the web site for further details.

Q: Will there be any more Bone figures? There are many other characters I'd like to see.
A: At this time, ReSaurus is still discussing the possibility of future Bone assortments. A lot of this will depend on how well the initial assortment is received.

Q: I've heard of Phoney Bone as Ahab and Fone Bone with Ted the Bug figures but I don't know where to get them. What's the deal?
A: Phoney Bone as Ahab is a Previews exclusive. Try visiting you local comics retailer for ordering information. You can also check out the Previews site at http://www.diamondcomics.com.

Fone Bone with Ted the Bug is a Wizard Press exclusive. Check out Wizard magazine or ToyFare magazine for ordering details. You can also visit Wizard Press on-line at http://www.wizardworld.com.

VIRUS

Q: Goliath is awesome! How come I have never seen him in stores? Where can I get him?
A: The number of Goliath figures produced is relatively very low compared to most other action figure toys. Several mass market retailers do carry this item, but it may be hard to come by in some areas. For this reason, we have made the figure available via our web store. This is the most reliable way to get your hands on this massive action figure who is packaged with Nadia. Check out our web store at /legacy/webstore for ordering info.

Q: I have heard about a Squeaky figure from this line. I want a complete set so where can I find him?
A: Squeaky is a Previews exclusive. Try visiting you local comics retailer for ordering information. You can also check out the Previews site at http://www.diamondcomics.com.
